What does RCM Fintech actually do?

We are a revenue recovery and payments firm. We find the revenue that slips away between the work you do and the dollars you actually keep, then we go get it back. That work falls into three areas:

How do you recover insurer underpayments?

We audit your paid claims against your payer contracts, line by line, find where you were reimbursed less than the contract entitled you to, and pursue the difference. That includes dormant claims, the ones your team already worked, closed, and stopped thinking about. Specialists who do this work every day handle it. The lift on your side is a one-time data pull of a few hours to get started, then roughly fifteen minutes a week.

Do I have to switch my current processor?

Not necessarily. We put processors in competition for your business and only recommend a move when it genuinely saves you money. If your current setup is already the best option, we will tell you.

What is account-updater technology?

When a customer's or patient's card expires, account-updater pulls the refreshed card details automatically from the card networks, so recurring charges and payment plans keep clearing instead of failing. It stops the quiet revenue loss that happens when a card on file goes stale.

Do you work with my EMR or EHR?

Yes. We work alongside MEDITECH and other major hospital and practice systems, so payments and recovery fit the environment you already run rather than forcing you to change it.

What does it cost?

You should never be out of pocket to find out what you are owed. Underpayment recovery is contingency based, which means there is no cost to your organization to begin and the work is paid only out of what is actually recovered. On the payments side, we show you the savings available before anything changes. You see the math first, and you are never paying us to sell you something you do not need.

How quickly will we see results?

It depends on where you start. Onboarding takes weeks, not quarters. Fee savings show up as soon as a better processing arrangement is in place. Recovering underpaid claims runs longer, typically several months to the better part of a year, because every claim has to be audited against your contracts and then pursued one at a time. That is the nature of forensic work, and it is worth saying plainly. What you get in return is revenue you had already written off, so it is found money rather than future money.

How do you handle sensitive payment and patient information?

Carefully, and formally. Healthcare engagements begin with a Business Associate Agreement before any data changes hands, and claims data moves through a secure portal rather than email or a web form. You keep full visibility into the work as it progresses. If your organization has specific security or compliance requirements, we will walk through them with you directly.

What makes you different from a processor or a typical broker?

Two things. We are independent, so we answer to your bottom line rather than to any single processor, which is exactly what lets us put them in competition for you. And we go after revenue most providers never think to question, like underpaid claims, instead of only selling you a payment service.

Who is RCM Fintech not for?

We are not the right fit for small, low-ticket, walk-in retail. Our model pays off when there is real transaction volume, recurring revenue, or insurer dollars in play. If that is not you, we will say so early rather than waste your time.

Do you only work with healthcare?

Healthcare is our primary focus, but we also work with high-volume, card-not-present and subscription businesses outside it. The common thread is recurring revenue or volume worth protecting, not the industry.

Is your support US-based?

Yes. You work with a dedicated US-based team that knows your account, not a ticket queue.
