About us

Collect More. Collect Faster

RCM Fintech exists for one reason: almost every organization collects less than it is owed, and almost no one goes and gets it back. We do. Across healthcare and high-volume commerce, we put processors in competition, deploy account-updater technology, and bring in recovery specialists who turn underpaid claims, inflated fees, and failed renewals into revenue back in your account.

Our Standard

More of what you've earned, kept by you

RCM Fintech is a revenue recovery and payments firm working across healthcare and high-volume, card-not-present commerce. We do not sell a single product. We assemble the right processors, technology, and recovery specialists around each client, then hold them to one standard: more of the revenue you have already earned, kept by you.

The money tends to hide where no one looks. Fees that crept up year after year. Subscriptions that lapsed the moment a card expired. Insurance claims that were quietly underpaid and then written off.

We look there. Because we are independent, we answer only to your bottom line, which is what lets us put processors in competition and bring in whichever specialists recover the most for you.

Who We Serve

Our Approach

Consultative, not transactional

We find the leaks before we fix them. You are not buying a product, you are keeping more of what is already yours.

Independent by design

We answer to your bottom line, not to any single processor. That independence is what makes them compete for you.

Specialized, not general

Fees, approvals, and underpaid claims are each pursued by specialists who do only that kind of work.

Meet Our Founder

Jude Augusta

Jude Augusta founded RCM Fintech to solve a problem he had spent his career circling: organizations routinely collect less than they are owed, and almost no one has the time or the tooling to chase the difference. An attorney by training, with a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and an MBA, he has worked at the intersection of healthcare revenue, payments, and technology for more than two decades. He has consulted for MEDITECH since 2008, worked with more than seventy-five hospital networks, and built and executed the business associate agreements that move sensitive healthcare payments securely and in compliance with HIPAA. As a Certified Payments Professional, he has spent years inside the mechanics that quietly determine what a provider keeps, from interchange and recurring billing to revenue cycle management and electronic payment systems.

That combination of legal rigor, deep payments fluency, and a practitioner's understanding of how hospitals and merchants actually get paid is the foundation RCM Fintech is built on. It is also why the firm approaches every engagement as a consultant rather than a vendor, starting with the data, identifying exactly where revenue is leaking, and recovering what the organization has already earned. Alongside his work in the field, Jude has taught business and MBA students as an adjunct professor for over a decade, an extension of the same instinct that drives the company: take something genuinely complicated and make it clear enough to act on.
